Definitely a good app. I use it a lot now when I want to keep sermon notes in my phone... Accessible at a few touches
I lead a life group in my church and do all my organizing with SermonNotes. Couldnt do without it!
5-stars as soon as text formatting (bold, italics, underline, font, font color, high lighting, or some combination of those) becomes available. Hopeful its soon!
Some bad moments
The app for the purpose is absolutely great. I really enjoy the layout and it aids me and taking notes for sermons. However, when the cancel button is pressed it simply deletes everything. If a dialog box could come up when the cancel button is pressed asking to confirm the cancellation, then it could cause people to not have any heart ache from accidentally deleting information. Other than this great app!
Easy to use. Organized. I used to take notes by hand but I have always been able to type faster than I write. I find that putting my notes in this app allows me to take better notes, more complete. Love this!
In looking for a way to document notes from our sermons to further my studies towards becoming a church deacon, I was unable to find anything worthwhile that fit my needs. All were too costly and, in some cases too cumbersome. "Sermon Notes" solved all of that. Having a way to break down the sermons into segments was a blessing in and of itself. Couple that with being able to record the sermons to make sure I captured the essence of them was a big plus. I highly recommend this app to all who share a need to take good sermon notes.
This App should allow the user to delete only the notes they want to delete and not the entire database. Please Revise
I love this app & Im so glad I found it. I can write notes and record the sermon for easy reference later. It doesnt cut off like other apps when the screen locks! A must have for study or review!
Good app, but I had no idea that I would have to purchase after only three times.
